Scriptures Study Program with the People of the Bible and in the Land of the Bible
The program aims to deepen the book of Deuteronomy anchored by its orality that together form the living Word of God. The method of the study is given by the direct confrontation with the texts listening to the tradition that interpreted them. The purpose is to discover the richness of the interpretations given above all from the literature of the Sages of Israel and the Fathers of the Church. The program also includes the experience of Israel today, with its people, its culture and its complexity through visits to Jerusalem and its surroundings, the Negev in the south and the Galilee in the north, highlighting some of the most relevant places of the Judeo-Christian tradition.

The course will be taught by Jewish and Christian teachers with experience in the area of the subjects to be studied.

This value includes the entire program with general activities for the group: full board, entrance fees provided by the program, group transportation according to all the activities foreseen in the program. This price includes sharing the room with another person. This amount covers the stay from the 1st to the 23rd of July. The permanence of the stay before that date or later will be under the responsibility of each participant

1- The unity and uniqueness of God according to the book of Deuteronomy:
Reflection on the Shema Israel // 8 hours
2- The Book of Deuteronomy in Jewish Literature //10 hours
3 – The book of Deuteronomy understood from the Midrash// 10 hours
4- The book of Deuteronomy according to the Fathers of the Church // 10 hours
5- The Shabbat (Seventh Day) and the Eighth Day (Sunday) // 6 hours
6- The Jewish Liturgy // 6 hours
7- The Torah extended to the Nations according to Paul // 6 hours
8 – Study tours: archeology and theology in the Land of Israel // 30 hours
This is a general presentation of the program in which the course contents and schedules will
be maintained, but there may be changes in some titles depending on each speaker.
*Full participation in the program is confirmed by a certificate comprising 86 hours.
