He taught for Bat Kol for over 25 years. He is known by our alums worldwide. We know him as a dynamic professor of Talmud, as a great personal director of students writing search papers, as a musician and a long distance runner. Others had him as director of their master\u2019s thesis. \u00a0All gave him high praise for his interest in his students and his ability to make profound thoughts understandable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We know he lives on in all the lives of those he touched. \u00a0He lives on in us, as well, by the seeds of Torah he sowed within us and which have brought forth fruit thirty and sixty and a hundredfold.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Maureena Fritz, NDS, Ph.D.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>MESSAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>ELINA KEARNS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">I met Rabbi Pesach in 2011 and 2012 and was greatly touched by his life story. Think!&#8221; That episode left a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">very deep impression and will forever influence the way I study and teach Scripture. I<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">am very grateful for that. He had an immense<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">intellect, yet could distill the essence of an idea simply without losing any of its<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">profundity. He was a wonderful human being, a man of wisdom and compassion, who<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">had reflected deeply upon all life\u2019s experiences, the joy and the suffering, with enduring<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">faith. He always spoke from those depths. Life, love, joy, hope permeated his person. I<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">first met Pesach on my first Bat Kol program in 2007, and again in 2009. He also<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">mentored me in my weekly Light of Torah writings through a regular email conversation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">2009-2013. And he generously made room in his schedule to teach our Australian<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Light of Torah groups each year that they came to Israel. I will always treasure his<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">encouragement, insights, guidance, friendship and sense of humor. So many<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">memories.
